Development Applications

If a proposal does not comply with the provisions of Exempt and Complying Developments a Development Application will need to be lodged with Council.

Techton provides development application services including:

• Assessment of proposed development applications against the applicable planning controls
• Advice on issues that may impact on the development application
• Liaise with Councils on issues relating to the development application
• Co-ordinate the required reports and plans for the development application (e.g. BASIX report, Acid Sulphate reports, Stage 1 Environmental reports, engineering reports and architectural plans)
• Preparation of required Development Application documentation including Council forms and Statement of Environmental Effects
• Lodgement of Development Application with and ongoing management of the development application until Council approval is received
